A Woman With NGO Officials 'Drug Animals' In South Kalimantan Arrested By Police For Drugs, Her Husband Turns Out To Be A Dealer

The Directorate of Drug Investigation of the South Kalimantan Police (Kalsel) arrested an individual chairman of the anti-narcotic Non-Community Organization (NGO) with the initials RH (23) because he was entangled in the misuse and circulation of methamphetamine in Banjarmasin."RH seorang perempuan ditangkap pada Senin lalu di rumahnya di Banjarmasin dengan barang bukti dua pipet kaca yang masih ada sisa sabu-sabu," kata Direktur Reserse Narkoba Polda Kalsel Kombes Kelana Jaya di Banjarmasin, Antara, Kamis, 16 November.During the arrest, the police found RH's identity as the Chair of the Birendra Quick Response NGO in the South Kalimantan region. The NGO identification also reads the Anti Narcotics Task Force.Then in one of the RH's uniforms, it was written that the Anti Narcotics Agency (LAN) had a tagline against drugs.Not stopping only at RH, in the development of the Sub-Directorate 1 team of the Narcotics Directorate of the South Kalimantan Police led by AKBP Meilki Bharata also arrested her husband with the initials MH (34) involved in a drug trafficking network.MH is also listed as Deputy Secretary of the NGO for the Birendra Quick Response Swallow in the South Kalimantan region.He was arrested on Tuesday in Tambalangan Village, North Hulu Sungai Regency along with four other people, namely YN, RE, MW and AL in a sales network of one package of methamphetamine weighing 85.06 grams.Kelana explained that all those arrested are now detained and named as suspects.The suspect RH was charged with Article 112 paragraph (1) of Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics.
Meanwhile, MH and four other people were subject to Article 114 paragraph (2) Subs Article 112 paragraph (2) in conjunction with Article 132 paragraph (1) of Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics.
