AGO Confiscates Money To Assets Of Suspect Achsanul Qosasi

JAKARTA - Investigators of the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes at the Attorney General's Office confiscated assets belonging to members III of the Supreme Audit Agency Achsanul Qosasi (AQ) who were named suspects in the alleged corruption case of BTS 4G BAKTI Kominfo.

Head of the Attorney General's Office for Legal Information, Ketut Sumedana, said the assets confiscated from suspect AQ consisted of cash, both in rupiah denominations to foreign currencies and objects in the form of land certificates.

"The Jampidsus investigating team confiscated assets belonging to suspect AQ on November 3 at the house having its address at Jalan Inpres No. 6A Petukangan, South Jakarta," Sumedana said as quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, November 14.

The assets of objects or documents confiscated by investigators included a certificate of property ownership (SHM) covering an area of 5,494 square meters in the name of Nisa Zhafarina Qashri, located in Cilember Village, Cisaura District, Bogor Regency.

"The SHM certificate Number 953, NIB: 10.10.11.12.00826 with the acquisition on March 13, 2023," said Sumedana.

Then one SSHM covering an area of 292 square meters with the right holder on behalf of Nisa Zhafarina Qashri is located in Petukangan Selatan Village, South Jakarta, with the acquisition on September 1, 2023 based on a deed of sale and purchase, including a copy of the purchase tax document.

Investigators also confiscated two state-owned bank deposits with a total deposit of IDR 500 million each and two state-owned bank savings books.

"One copy of insurance policy with a base premium of 3,000 US dollars and coverage of 1,875 US dollars," added Sumedana.

Investigators also confiscated cash with details of 175 euros denominations, 15 50 pounds in notes, 21 in 20 pounds in cash, eight in 50 euros in denominations, and 10 Singapore dollars in 50 denominations.

Furthermore, Singapore dollar 1,000 denominations were three pieces, Singapore dollar 100 denominations were two sheets, Singapore dollar 5 denominations were one sheet, US$100 denominations were two pieces, 10 euro denominations three sheets, and two Euro denominations.

Then, 5,000 Yen denominations as many as one sheet, 5,000 Rubel denominations one sheet, 1,000 Rubel denominations one sheet, 20 Dirham denominations two pieces, 500 Riyals denominations one sheet, 500 Dirham denominations one sheet, and 565 pieces of Rp100 thousand denominations.

"The assets carried out by the confiscation will be evidence of the suspect in the case," explained Ketut.
