DIY Prosecutor's Office Names Maguwoharjo Sleman Village Head Corruption Suspect Tanah Kas Desa
YOGYAKARTA - The High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) of the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) has named the Head of Maguwoharjo Village, Depok District, Sleman Regency, Kasidi as a corruption suspect related to the misuse of village treasury land (TKD) in the local village.
Assistant for Special Crimes at the DIY Attorney General's Office Muhammad Anshar Wahyuddin said that after being named a suspect for Kasidi, he was detained by the city for health reasons.
"The person concerned requires regular control and dialysis twice a week," said Anshar as quoted by ANTARA, Thursday, November 2.
He said the city's detention of Kasidi was based on a warrant from Kajati DIY for 20 days from November 2, 2023 to November 21, 2023.
"The suspect was put on a bracelet as a detection agent, he left the DIY Prosecutor's Office or not. If he left the DIY area, it would read the detection," said Anshar.
Anshar explained that in that case, the suspect Kasidi as the village head was suspected of neglecting corruption in the misuse of village treasury land (TKD) in his area by Robinson Saalino, Director of PT Indonesia International Capital as well as owner of PT Komando Bayangkara Nusantara.
Apart from Kasidi, the DIY Prosecutor's Office also named Robinson as a suspect in the case.
Anshar explained, from 2022 to 2003, Robinson as the Director of PT Indonesia's international capital has utilized land with the status of village treasury land and a "resident" covering an area of 41,655 square meters in Pugeran Hamlet, Maguwoharjo Village to build 152 Kandara Village housing units.
Robinson, said Anshar, as the owner of PT Komando Bayangkara Nusantara also utilized an area of approximately 79,450 square meters which is a "resident" land in Puduhan Jenengan, in the same village to build 53 D'Jonas and Nirwana Djuhungga housing units.
In DIY Governor Regulation Number 34 of 2017 concerning the Utilization of Village Cash Land, it is stated that the use of village treasury land for leases must obtain permission from the Sultanate or Kadipaten, as well as permission from the Governor of Yogyakarta.
Village treasury land should not be used for the establishment of residences and traded.
Kasidi as the village head of Maguwoharjo, he said, should be responsible for the misuse of the village treasury land.
However, according to Anshar, Kasidi did not make efforts to stop the construction carried out by Robinson, who did not have the permission of the Governor of Yogyakarta.
"Even though they know that the development does not comply with the functions or uses of village treasury land and is superior and is not in accordance with applicable regulations," he said.

In that case, the Yogyakarta District Court (PN) sentenced him to eight years in prison and a fine of Rp. 400 million, but Robinson appealed and until now the case has not been decided.
