Different from last year, this year's monkeypox transmission occurred through local transmission.The majority of monkeypox transmission is secondary infection and low immunity conditions in risky groups, one of which is male sex with male (NGO).In 23 active cases of monkeypox, all male patients with an age range of 25-50 years. All patients are infected from sexual contact, and experience mild symptoms.
The monkeypox vaccination has been given to 447 people from the target of 495 people. Vaccinations were given in two doses with a break of four weeks.The death rate or case fatality rate of monkeypox cases is around 1 percent. In a sense, of the 100 positive cases, one may have died.
