Kasus Dugaan Korupsi DAK Disdik Mandailing Natal Sumut Naik Penyidikan
NORTH Sumatra (North Sumatra) High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) raised the status of the alleged corruption of the Special Allocation Fund (DAK) of the Mandailing Natal (Madina) Regency Education Office (Disdik) for the 2022 fiscal year to the investigation stage.

The alleged corruption case in question, said Yos, was the implementation of the 2020 DAK activity at the Madina District Education Office with a budget ceiling of Rp. 17,055,075,996 which was used for the Learning Activity Center (SKB), Early Childhood Education Division (PAUD), Elementary School (SD), Junior High School Sector (SMP).
"Where the number of physical DAK recipients is 54 schools, including Elementary School (SD) 27, SMP 14, TK/PAUD 12 and SKB 1," said Yos.

He continued that the budget was used for physical activities, procurement of classroom rehabilitation equipment, construction of new classrooms (RKB), construction of school latrines/toilets and procurement of school equipment.
