How to record our sports data on the Apple Watch is quite easy. Reporting from Makeuseof, you need to open the Workout application first.
After opening, scroll down the screen until you find a choice of running. There will be two options that will be displayed later, namely Running in the Room or Running Outdoors. Select one of the two.
Next, press the three-dot button to fill in the goal or target of the various workout options you selected. This target can also be changed by pressing the edit button. Once finished, tap on and you can exercise with the right count on the Apple Watch.
