Investigate Networks And Recruitment Patterns, 21 Victims Of Mami Icha Will Be Questioned By The Police
JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya will examine 21 minors who are used as commercial sex workers (PSK) by the suspect FEA alias Mami Icha (24). The examination aims to dismantle networks and recruitment patterns. "It will still be examined for questioning to find out the facts of the incident," said Director of Special Criminal Investigation of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Safri Simanjuntak when confirmed, Wednesday, September 27. However, it was not conveyed in detail regarding the time of examination of dozens of teenagers or minors. So far, Ade only conveyed their information that it was very much needed for investigators to uncover the alleged involvement of the trafficking network of people or TPPO. "This is very much needed to find out more deeply the network, recruitment methods, mode of operation, motifs, and so on in the context of uncovering cases," he said.

Then, Article 2 in conjunction with Article 17 of Law Number 21 of 2007 concerning Eradication of the Crime of Trafficking in Persons and or Article 76I in conjunction with Article 88 of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection.
