Corey Taylor's Unforgettable Moment When Ozzy Osbourne Asks To Be The 10th Member Of Slipknot

JAKARTA - Corey Taylor recalls the first time he met Ozzy Osbourne, when the Black Sabbath frontman asked if he could be a tenth member of Slipknot.

The frontman of Slipknot and Stone Sour, who recently released their second solo album CMF2, recalled how his band was in the line-up at Ozzfest in 1999.

He went on to remember his first meeting with Prince Of Darkness, Ozzy Osbourne.

"I was sitting at the table with Jack, Kelly, and Sharon," Corey said. "Suddenly, Ozzy came and said: 'Sharon, can you help me put my earrings on?' And Sharon said, 'Ozzy, this is one of the Slipknot members, this is Corey, he's the singer.'

"He looked at me and said, 'You consist of nine people? I want to be the tenth!" I was like, 'Bung, you're Ozzy, whatever you want!' It felt like meeting Superman.
