Support Corruption Practice Enforcement, BLI Prioritizes Integrity In Running Business
JAKARTA - PT BGR Logistics Indonesia (BLI) affirms its commitment to promoting good corporate integrity and governance in carrying out logistics business activities as well as in various government assignments. This is to support the transformation towards trusted digital-based logistics service companies.
This statement was conveyed by the Corporate Secretary of BLI Rifani Sari through his statement, Tuesday, September 19. According to him, BLI continues to make improvements, where the most important thing is to strengthen governance and internal control systems, considering that it is the foundation for becoming a sustainable digital-based logistics service provider.
"Our commitment is to prioritize clean and transparent business practices for all business partners and stakeholders, this is to reduce the potential for corruption in business activities. This effort is part of the transformation of BLI, considering that BLI is currently actively increasing business scale and is involved in supporting strategic projects," he explained.
As a form of commitment to integrity and support for the anti-corruption movement, BLI also supports law enforcement efforts recently carried out by the KPK, namely related to the alleged 2020 social assistance procurement ratio (Bansos) involving former PT Bhanda Ghara Reksa (BGR) officials.
Meanwhile, BGR itself is an ex-BUMN whose status has now been dissolved and merged in 2021. Meanwhile, BLI is a new company entity formed by the post-merging parent entity, so BLI is not BGR.

"As a form of commitment to the anti-corruption movement, we respect the investigation process and law enforcement carried out by the KPK on the case," he explained.
Furthermore, Sari said, the transformation of BLI, which focuses on corporate value and corporate governance, is currently being accompanied by improving the system by prioritizing the integration of information technology in every company activity. These include digitizing procurement systems, warehousing, and distribution.
"Of course, digital transformation is also a key instrument to suppress potential irregularities. For this reason, in addition to internalizing core values, strengthening governance and compliance, we are also concerned in terms of digitalization," he concluded.
