Then the complainant called the witnesses while shouting 'The thief!'.
"At that time the perpetrator tried to escape, but was arrested," said Iptu Abdul Wahid.
Candimulyo Police Chief said that according to the reporter Yanto, who is also domiciled in Tampir Wetan II Hamlet, reported that the perpetrator of this crime was YA. The perpetrator is a 46-year-old farmer, having his address at Jrakah Village, Selo District, Boyolali Regency.
"Brother Yanto also said that the incident was witnessed by several local residents," said Iptu Abdul Wahid.
The perpetrator's mode is to pretend to pray and then damage and pry the charity box inside the Darussalam prayer room with a crowbar.

Officers from the Candimulyo Police received news that the incident immediately went to the location and secured the perpetrator and his evidence for further investigation.
Evidence in the form of 1 unit of a white Suzuki Arashi motorcycle with police number AB-3085-DJ. The wooden charity box is engraved with the words Mushola Darussalam, a small crowbar with a length of 25 cm. Then 1 screwdriver, a brown selengkat bag, and some money were also secured as evidence.
As a result of his actions, the perpetrator is currently charged with Article 363 of the Criminal Code concerning theft with a maximum threat of 7 years in prison.
