The Performance Is Extraordinary, Nissan Ariya Again Won An Award From WardsAuto

JAKARTA - Not without reason that Nissan is known as a pioneer of electric vehicles. This is again evidenced by the recent achievement in one of the models, namely Ariya.

Nissan Ariya e-4ORCE AWD has been listed on the "10 Best Engines & Propulsion Systems" list for the 2023 edition of Wards magazine.

This is the second achievement achieved by the SUV this year after Ariya entered the list of 10 cars with the best interior and UX from the same media.

Drew Winter, as the contributor to Editor WardsAuto as well as the judge at this award, said the Ariya e-4ORCE had extraordinary driving skills as a utility vehicle.

"This is a strong and technically competent family vehicle that offers consumers an impressive mix of energy and reach options," Winter said in a statement, Friday, September 15.

Nissan's achievements in 2023 marked the brand's 20th award since Wards began to recognize the highest level of achievement in automotive powertrain engineering in 1995.

Ariya is Nissan's second electric car to receive an award after the LEAF in 2011, the first time Wards magazine has admitted an electric car.

This electric vehicle is equipped with a four-wheeled driving technology (4WD) known as "e-4ORCE" and provides a smooth and stable driving experience.

This model has an increase in powertrain with a double all-wheel drive of motorcycles. With the presence of a double motorbike, Nissan Ariya can generate 389 dk of power and 600 Nm of torque capable of traveling from 0 to 100 km/hour within 4.8 seconds.

Nissan Ariya also comes with the highest variant, namely Platinum+ e-4ORCE AWD which is equipped with a 91 kWh capacity battery capable of traveling as far as 423 km. Nissan priced 61,000 US dollars for this version or around Rp945 million.
