3 Marriott-Pakuwon Collaboration Hotels Will Be Built In Front Of The National Advertisement Park Of IKN Nusantara

The Capital Authority of the Archipelago (OIKN) revealed that the property in the form of a hotel was built in front of the National Capital City Park (IKN) of the Archipelago, East Kalimantan (Kaltim).

"The property in the form of a hotel is built in a very strategic location, namely in front of the National Aquaculture Park," said Deputy Head of OIKN Dhony Rahajoe in Jakarta, Thursday, September 14, which was confiscated by Antara.

Dhony also said that OIKN welcomed the signing of a collaboration between PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk and the Marriott International international hotel network to build three hotels in the capital city of Nusantara (IKN).

"It is an honor to be working with Pakuwon," he said.

Pakuwon signed an agreement with Marriott International to build three hotels, namely Westin, Four Points and Tribute Portfolio.

The signing of this agreement is a follow-up to the cooperation agreement between PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk and PT Bina Karya (Persero) regarding the development of an integrated shopping center at IKN in July 2023.

Acting as a witness to the signing were Deputy Head of the Archipelago Capital Authority (OIKN) Dhony Rahajoe and the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy.

President Director of Pakuwon Alexander Stefanus Ridwan Suhendra said this development is part of the mixed-use owned by Pakuwon at IKN later and will be carried out in conjunction with the ongoing stages of IKN development.

On the same occasion, the President for Marriott International for Asia Pacific Exploring China (APEC) Rajeev Menon expressed his gratitude for being involved in this development.

"The construction of this hotel is important for us because we have the opportunity to be the first to build a hotel at IKN with Pakuwon as the party that has a commitment to building the best hotel from all sides," said Rajeev Menon.
