Intimidating PDIP Cadre, Gerindra Pecat Joko Santoso From The Position Of Chair Of The Semarang DPC
JAKARTA - The Gerindra Party Honorary Council decided to fire the Chairman of the Gerindra City Branch Leadership Council (DPC) Joko Santoso from his position due to the case of intimidation of PDIP cadres.
Joko's dismissal from his position was decided in a meeting chaired by the Chairman of the Honorary Council of the Gerindra Party, Habiburokhman, at the Gerindra DPP Office which presented Joko and the witness to clarify online.
"In fact, in his confession he came to the PDIP cadre's house, he entered and then shouted at him himself. Well, it was enough for us to decide that the person concerned was guilty and given severe sanctions dismissed as the Chair of the Semarang City Gerindra DPC," said Habiburokhman, Sunday, September 10.
Habiburokhman emphasized that Joko was proven guilty of intimidating without resolving the problem by having a good dialogue. Moreover, Joko is the party leader at the regional level.
This, according to him, clearly violates the pledge of identity of the Party cadre led by Prabowo Subianto.
"Five members of the panel agreed and handed down the verdict that the person concerned was guilty. Violating Article 68 of the Gerindra Party's Articles of Association / Household, namely the identity of Gerindra cadres who must behave politely, be humble, and be disciplined," he explained.
On the one hand, Habiburokhman also asked all cadres, especially in Central Java, not to be provoked by this problem.
"Don't be provoked, also continue to comply with what we mentioned earlier, Gerindra cadres, be polite, humble, and party discipline. That is also the direction of Pak Prabowo," he explained.
Previously, the Chairperson of the Semarang PDIP DPC Hendrar Prihadi said the case of alleged beatings that befell him occurred at around 21.45 WIB on Friday, September 8.
"Last night Friday night at 21.45 WIB there was our friend Pak Suparjianto, a resident of Jalan Cumi-cumi, Bandarharjo Village, North Semarang, who was visited by the chairman of the Gerindra DPC. Then without ba-bi-bu, the Gerindra chairman who is also a member of the DPRD, Semarang City, hit our cadres," added Hendrar.

Meanwhile, the chairman of the Gerindra Party DPC Semarang City, Joko Santoso, denied beating one of the PDIP cadres because of the flag installation of a political party whose news was rampant.
In his statement in Semarang on Saturday 9 September, Joko explained that on Friday 8 September night at around 21.30 WIB he did come to Suparjianto's house, which happened to be one of the PDIP cadres.
His arrival was to ask about the installation of the PDIP flag in the Garuda Gang, which is Joko's residence, and Suparjianto answered briefly, "I was only ordered, Om".
Joko wants to clarify why the installation of the party flag bearing the bull symbol was only carried out in RT 03 RW 04 Bandarharjo Village, which happened to be his residence.
