Plant 5 Pots Of Marijuana At His Friend's House, Oge Arthemus Magician Named A Suspect
The con artist with the initials IAS alias Oge Arthemus and his friend with the initials AH were named suspects in connection with drug abuse by the West Jakarta Metro Police.
From the investigation carried out by the police, West Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes M. Syahduddi said that Oge Arthemus planted marijuana plants at AH's house located in Serpong area, South Tangerang.
"The modus operandi carried out by the suspect (OA) is to plant cannabis plants by seeding cannabis seeds in pots and planting them at the perpetrator's (AH) house," said Kombes M. Syahduddi during a press conference at the West Jakarta Metro Police Headquarters, Tuesday, August 29.
The police are known to have previously secured AH at his residence. From there, three bottles of cannabis seeds and five pots were found planted with marijuana plants.
"Gett evidence of three bottles of cannabis seeds, then found five pots of cannabis plants," said Syahduddi.
"Of the five pots, these cannabis plants consist of two small pots and three large pots," he continued.
Then, AH admitted that the cannabis seeds came from Oge Arthemus. The police moved to secure his 44-year-old wife, and were successfully secured at a hotel in the Gondokusuman area, Yogyakarta.

"From the OA perpetrator, investigators managed to secure 3 clips of cannabis seeds weighing approximately 17.62 grams. Then 1 clip of marijuana weighing 0.58 grams, 13 bags of used marijuana by the perpetrators, 1 roll of marijuana, 1 gripper, 10 packs of cigarette paper or cigarette paper and 1 pack of hydroponic fertilizer stored behind the cupboard of OA's brother's house," said Syahduddi.
Meanwhile, the cannabis planting activity carried out by Oge Arthemus and AH has been going on since last March.
"So, for the past five months, the perpetrator AH took the roofs, then dried them up and then handed them over to the OA," said Syahduddi.
Oge Arthemus was charged with Article 114 paragraph 1 subsidiary article 111 paragraph 1 of Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics.
