Heru Budi Asked By The Ministry Of Home Affairs About Stunting To ITF During Performance Evaluation
JAKARTA - Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono underwent a performance evaluation at the Inspectorate General building of the Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri), Central Jakarta, during his 9-month term. The governor's assessment has been carried out for the third time by Heru Budi. The Ministry of Home Affairs schedules an evaluation every three months. After the evaluation, Heru admitted that he was asked about various problems in Jakarta by the evaluators."So there are some questions. One evaluator asked approximately two, if there are 11 it means there are 22," Heru said on Thursday, August 10.One of the questions asked, said Heru, was how he carried out the program to accelerate the reduction in stunting rates while serving as Acting Governor of DKI.In addition, Heru was also asked to explain the problem of canceling the Intermediate Treatment Facility (ITF) project in Sunter, North Jakarta. The cancellation of the waste processing project into electrical energy is currently being questioned by the DKI DPRD.However, according to Heru, the Ministry of Home Affairs handed over the decision to continue the waste management program in Jakarta by the DKI Provincial Government, which now prioritizes the RDF Plant project or processing waste into fuel."They follow the DKI Regional Government's policy. Yes, it is handed over to the regional government. It's the local government who knows," said Heru.In addition, Heru also received input from the Ministry of Home Affairs' evaluators regarding the Jakarta flood control program. To Heru, the Ministry of Home Affairs reminded the DKI Provincial Government not to rule out the work of dredging small rivers.
"Some give suggestions. Yes, we accept suggestions, including those related to flood management, (reminded) don't forget to dredge up the small times in the north," he explained.
