Singapore Becomes The Second ASEAN Country To Present Mazda CX-60, Next To Indonesia?
JAKARTA - The Japanese automaker, Mazda, presented one of the large CX-60 SUVs for the Singapore market recently.
Just like other Mazda SUVs, the Mazda CX-60 is presented with a large, dashing, design shape, but does not leave an elegant impression that has become the hallmark of the manufacturer. This is evidenced by Mazda's distinctive grip shape which features a strong impression with the same LED light configuration as his brother, CX-90.
Equipped with a 20-inch rim covered in 235/50 tires, the CX-60 is ready to be run anywhere and anytime. Another interesting thing is also in the interior.
Reporting on the Paultan page, Monday, July 24, in order to increase the convenience of customers, Mazda CX-60 comes with a panoramic sunset feature, a 12.3-inch cluster digital display, head-up display, and a 12.3-inch infotainment display that has been integrated with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay wireless.
In order to increase the sense of security both while driving and passengers, this three-line SUV features the front and rear sensor parking feature, Lane Keep Assist, Lane Departure Warning, Blind Spot Monitor, Cross Traffic Alert, 360-degree camera, Autonomous Emergency Braking, Adaptive Cruise Control, and seven airbags.
Unlike the Philippines, which is presented with two variants, namely gasoline and diesel, for Singapore only provides a single variant for the CX-60.
With the Skyactiv-G 2.5 liter naturally-assirated 4-cylinder gasoline engine, CX-60 can power up to 189 dk and torque 261 Nm. The heart will cooperate with the eight-acceleration transmission system.
The CX-60 will be Mazda's first model based on the Skyactiv Multi-Solution Scalable Architecture platform with an elongated and rear-wheeled front engine.
For the Singapore market, this premium CX-60 car is priced at 278,888 Singapore dollars or around Rp. 3.1 billion.
This price is certainly very expensive if considering that the vehicle tax applied in Singapore is quite high. In comparison, CX-60 is sold in Australia starting at 59,800 AUS dollars or equivalent to Rp605.7 million.

Singapore is the second country in ASEAN to present a CX-60 after the Philippines. However, what about Indonesia?
Some time ago, PT Eurokars Motor Indonesia (EMI), as the Brand Holder Agent (APM) of Mazda in the country, said that they would soon present a product in the form of an SUV which will be launched at the end of July.
From the silhouette catch shown in the presentation, at first glance the shape of the vehicle resembles a large SUV with the same light pattern as the CX-90.
"We will also introduce the product that we will market at the end of July," said Marketing & Communication General Manager of PT Eurokars Motor Indonesia (EMI), Pramita Sari, at JW Marriot during a media conference session, Thursday, July 14.
