2 Angkot Drivers In Bandar Lampung Who Speed Up Ends In A Detained Accident
Bandar Lampung City Police (Polresta) detained two microlet drivers who were involved in an accident due to speeding on Jalan Raden Intan, Bandar Lampung City.
Head of Traffic at the Bandar Lampung Police, Kompol Ikhwan Syukri, said the detention was for further investigation.
"Currently we are still investigating, both drivers are detained but one of the drivers is still being treated at the hospital. Because, this is the involvement of three vehicles, so we also secure the vehicle," he said in Bandar Lampung, Monday, July 24, confiscated by Antara.
Ikhwan said that in the accident five people were injured. Those who were injured were two drivers and 3 passengers.
"Four of them were lightly injured, and one was seriously injured in a traffic accident by the two microlets," he said.

According to him, one of the microlet drivers was under the influence of liquor (alcohol) while driving his vehicle.
"So one of the drivers with the initials RDP consumed alcohol, so that the driving of the vehicle was influenced by alcohol," said Ikhwan.
It is known that viral on social media accidents involved two angkots on Jalan Raden Intan in front of the Jami 'Al-Yaqin Mosque, Central Tanjungkarang District, Bandar Lampung City, on Sunday, July 23.
