Chery, a well-known automotive manufacturer from China, is known as a company that presents vehicles with superior abilities, performance, and attractive prices.
This is evident from one of the sub-brands of Chery, namely Exeed, which has introduced some of its premium products. One of the advantages is Exeed Sterra ES.
Exeed Sterra ES is a medium-sized sedan operating with pure electric power. This car was previously introduced at the Shanghai Auto Show last April, but now the specifications of this car have just been disclosed.
Reporting from Carnewschina, Sunday, July 23, the Exeed Sterra ES uses a special EV platform called E0X, with an aluminum chassis. The dimensions of this car are 4,945 mm long, 1,978 mm wide, 1,480 mm high, and has 3,000 mm wheelbase.
Exeed Sterra ES has a dynamic and futuristic design. On the front, the car has a sharp shape resembling a martile shark, with elongated LED lights and interactive lights at the bottom, giving it a perfect look.
The back is slightly lifted, similar to Tesla's car design. Like the front light, the back also uses the longest LED lighting.
The interior of the car also appears futuristic with a minimalist touch. Equipped with a small LCD instrument cluster, head-up display, 15.6-inch screen hanging in the center of the cabin, as well as a multifunctional steering wheel.
For the entertainment system, the Sterra ES is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295 chip and the Huawei Harmony OS operating system.
In terms of performance, Sterra ES offers two driving options, namely two wheels with one electric motor, and four wheels with two electric motors.
Although the battery capacity is not stated, this car is claimed to be able to cover a distance of up to 700 km and can charge its power in five minutes using fast charging, thus challenging BMW i4.

At the end of November, this car will be officially launched at prices ranging from 200,000 yuan (around Rp417.6 million) to 300,000 yuan (around Rp626.5 million).
