As A Result Of Being Left Behind By His Wife Home, The Kost Guard At Tamansari Raped An 11-Year-Old Boy
The middle-aged man with the initials DS (55) was arrested by the police for committing obscene acts against an 11-year-old boy in a boarding house on Jalan Kesimpian Dalam RT 06/03, Keagungan, Tamansari, West Jakarta.
The perpetrator, who was the caretaker of the boarding house on a daily basis, forced the victim to take him to the boarding house until he was lured with pocket money.
The Head of the Tamansari Metro Police, Kompol Adhi Wananda, said that the arrest of the perpetrator began when his party received a report of alleged sexual abuse of minors at the boarding house.
"After we investigated and deepened that it was true that DS (the boarding house guard) sexually assaulted the victim with the initials N," said Kompol Adhi when confirmed, Tuesday, July 11.
Kompol Adhi said the perpetrator committed sexual immorality by pulling the victim while playing in front of the boarding house area to his boarding house.
While in the room, the perpetrator committed obscene acts against the victim.
"The perpetrator's mode of committing sexual abuse twice against the same victim, then after committing sexual abuse, this perpetrator gave Rp30 thousand in money," he said.
To the police, the perpetrator admitted that he deliberately committed the obscene act because of loneliness. The perpetrator expressed his sexual desire because his wife left him in his hometown.

"So the family of the perpetrator (wife and child) is in the village, he himself works here (order)," he said.
In this case, the police secured a number of evidences in the form of pants and clothes worn by the victim as well as the results of the visum et repertum experienced by the victim.
As a result of his actions, the perpetrator is suspected of violating Article 82 of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 17 of 2016 concerning the second amendment to Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 23 of 2002 concerning child protection with the threat of a sentence of 12 years in prison.
