Kejari Tahan 1 Kontraktor PT SMV Tersangka Baru Kasus Korupsi Proyek Jalan Di Tebo Jambi
JAMBI - The Tebo District Attorney (Kejari) has again named a new suspect in the alleged corruption case of the Logpon-Padang Lamo-Tanjung Simpang road construction project in Tebo Regency, Jambi, for the 2013-2015 fiscal year.
Head of the Information and Law Section (Kasi Penkum) of the Jambi Prosecutor's Office, Lexy Fatharani, said that the Musyatianov suspect was the Technical Contractor of PT Sarana Menara Ventura (SMV) in the road improvement work which was estimated to cost the state Rp1.5 billion.
"The Tebo District Attorney's Special Crime Investigators on Wednesday (July 5) named a new suspect Musyatianov in the corruption case of increasing the Simpang Logpon and Padang Lamo roads in Tebo Regency, Jambi," he said Thursday, July 6, confiscated by Antara.
Musyatianov was detained after undergoing examination on Wednesday, July 5 at around 22.00 WIB. The suspect was detained for 20 days at the Class II B Rutan Muara Tebo.
The Musyatinov suspect is suspected of violating Article 2 paragraph (1) of the Law on the Eradication of corruption in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code.

Previously, another suspect in the case of working on a road paving package in Tebo Regency with the initials MPB (39) was arrested at his hiding place in Dukuh Village, Kramat Jati, East Jakarta, Wednesday, January 11.
MPB, who has the status of a defendant, was immediately taken to Jambi to serve a five-year prison sentence.
The arrest of MPB who was on the wanted list or DPO was carried out by a joint team from the Attorney General's Office together with the Jambi Attorney General's Office.
Lexy explained, based on the Jambi High Court's Decision, the Jambi Corruption Court has sentenced him to 5 years in prison and a fine of Rp. 300 million, subsidiary to two months in prison for the MPB convict.
However, before MPB served a prison sentence, the person concerned escaped.
