Today, The Head Of The Al-Zaytun Panji Gumilang Islamic Boarding School Is Examined By The National Police Headquarters
JAKARTA - One week already, the Islamic Brotherhood Front (FPI) held an action of 266 with the demand for revocation of permits and permanent closure of Al-Zaytun Islamic Boarding School. In addition, protesters from the FPI period also asked Panji Gumilang to be arrested.
However, the Indonesian government has not issued an official statement regarding strict action against Al-Zaytun. If the government does not act decisively, FPI will take legal action according to the constitution regarding their demands against Al-Zaytun.
"Alhamdulillah, Panji Gumilang will be questioned by the National Police Headquarters today. MUI is taking efforts and actions," said Chairman of the DPP FPI (Chairman of the Islamic Brotherhood Front) API division (Advocate of Islamic Brotherhood), Aziz Yanuar to VOI, Monday, July 3.
However, Azis has not been able to confirm when the masses from the Islamic Brotherhood Forum (FPI) will return to the streets. They are still waiting for an official decision from the Indonesian government and the National Police Headquarters regarding Al - Zaytun.
"We are still waiting while we will prepare action steps in both the form of mass mobilization and formal efforts. The action plan will be informed later," said Aziz.

Reminding again, FPI held an action of 266 at the Office of the Indonesian Ministry of Religion, Jalan Lapangan Banteng, Central Jakarta, Monday, June 26.
In the action, the demonstrators demanded the revocation of permits and permanent closure of the Az-Zaytun Islamic Boarding School. In addition, protesters from the FPI period also asked Panji Gumilang to be arrested.
The crowd carried a long banner with the words "Immediately Capture and Throw it into the Panji Gumilang Prison" which stretched around a crowd on the side of the road. Not only that, the masses also brought posters "Revoke Al Zaytun's permission, and permanently closed."
