Police Arrest 6 ABG Gangster Members In Bogor, 5 Celurit Seized

Bogor City Police have arrested six new big children (ABG) or teenagers who are affiliated with being gangsters in Bogor City.

Of the six perpetrators, the police managed to secure five sharp weapons (Sajam) of the type of sickle. Meanwhile, the six perpetrators were arrested from two different crime scenes in Bogor City.

"The Bogor City Police are continuously and consistently making efforts to eradicate community diseases in the Bogor City area," said Bogor City Police Chief, Kombes Pol Bismo Teguh Prakoso, Tuesday, June 27.

"Every night we carry out patrol activities and especially last Sunday in Kebon Pedes, we carry out operations on young people who intend to fight," he continued.

According to the Bogor City Police Chief, as for the Kebon Pedes location, his party managed to secure one perpetrator with evidence of two weapons.

Meanwhile, the perpetrator who is still in grade 8 of SMPN 12 Bogor is affiliated with a group called Kemuning. Where, the Kemuning Group plans to have a brawl with a group called Ciremai.

"We will take action and straighten it out to the Court. We will also take action against the group," said Kombes Pol Bismo Teguh Prakoso.

Then, continued by the Bogor City Police Chief, for this second incident, his party managed to secure five ABGs who intend to fight.

Where, of the five perpetrators, his party managed to secure three sickle-type machetes while they were gathering at one of the minimarkets in the Sudirman area, Central Bogor District, Bogor City.

"We have arrested the perpetrators in the Martadinata area of Central Bogor. There are five perpetrators, 4 adults and 1 child. We have secured 3 large weapons," he said.

"And from the 2 perpetrators that we have secured, we found that there are suspected synthetic tobacco narcotics transactions. However, we are currently carrying out lab results, we are waiting for the results later," continued Kombes Pol Bismo Teguh Prakoso.

For his actions, added the Bogor City Police Chief, the six perpetrators will be charged with the Emergency Law regarding Sajam's ownership with a penalty of 10 years in prison.

"The threat of a sentence of 10 years in prison. And to anticipate other crimes, we will urge all groups to the fullest," said Kombes Pol Bismo Teguh Prakoso.
