Not Accepting Reprimand For Noisy Exhaust, Motorcycle Gang In Sukabumi Persecutes Residents Using Sickles
SUKABUMI - The Sukabumi City Police Criminal and Criminal Investigation Unit (Satreskrim) together with the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Lembursit Police are hunting for members of a motorcycle gang who carried out persecution and beatings against traders in Tegallaya Village, Sukabumi City, West Java.
"The victim is known as M Fajar Sidik, a resident of Kampung. Telallaya, Cipanengah Village, Lemburs District, who works as a trader," said Head of Public Relations of Sukabumi City Police, Iptu Astuti Setyaningsih in Sukabumi, Antara, Sunday, June 25.
As a result of the persecution and beatings, the victim suffered serious injuries to the head due to being slashed by sharp weapons. The victim is currently still undergoing intensive care at the Al-Mulk Hospital, Sukabumi City.
According to information gathered from the police, the case of beatings and abuse that occurred in Tegallaya Village began when members of a motorcycle gang riding about 15 motorbikes in a convoy on Jalan Merdeka while shaking their noisy exhausts and screaming at around 02.30 WIB.

After the motorcycle gang left the location, the victim's colleagues and neighbors who saw the incident provided assistance and immediately took him to the Al-Mulk Hospital in Sukabumi City for medical treatment and treatment.
Astuti said that currently a joint team from the Sukabumi City Police and the Lemburs District Police are still conducting investigations and have asked for information from a number of witnesses and carried out the crime scene (TKP).
The characteristics of the perpetrator are known and it is hoped that in the near future the perpetrators of the persecution and beating of the victim can be immediately arrested to account for their actions.
