Former Head Of Papua PUPR Service Detained By KPK In The Lukas Enembe Case
JAKARTA - Former Head of the PUPR Service, Gerius One Yoman, was detained by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). He was wearing an orange vest for allegedly being involved in the bribery and gratification case that ensnared the inactive Papua Governor Lukas Enembe.
"In the interest of the investigation, the KPK then detained GOY for the first detention for 20 days starting from June 19 to July 8, 2023," said Acting Deputy for Enforcement and Execution of the KPK Asep Guntur, Monday, June 19.
Asep explained that Gerius was being held at the KPK Rutan, C1 building branch. This detention can be extended according to the needs of investigators.
In this case, Asep said that Gerius together with Lukas indicated the Director of PT Tabi Bangun Papua Rijantono Lakka in order to win the project at the Papua Provincial Government. The trick is to leak the Self Estimated Price (HPS), KAK, and a number of technical documents related to project auctions before they are announced.
"This makes it easier for RL to prepare the auction requirements for a limited time, and competing companies can easily be dropped at the evaluation stage," he explained.

Furthermore, Rijantono gave Gerius fee. The value is one percent of each project won, said Asep.
"For his assistance, the suspect GOY is suspected of having received something, a gift or promise in the form of money from the suspect RL amounting to Rp. 300 million," said Asep.
For Gerius' actions as a recipient, the KPK considers that he violated Article 12 letter a or Article 12 letter b or Article 11 and Article 12B of Law Number 31 of 1999 as amended by Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning Amendments to Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code.
