Kominfo Increases Synergy And Collaboration To Create Smart Cities
JAKARTA - The Ministry of Communication and Information Technology is increasing collaboration and synergy between district and city governments to face challenges and increase public service innovation as a solution to create a Smart City.
In the Implementation Evaluation of the Smart City Phase I Program, the Expert Staff of the Minister of Communication and Information for Technology Mochamad Hadiyana stated that with cooperation and experience sharing, every district and city government can take advantage of the potential and resources in each region to support sustainable development.
"Because collaboration and synergy, regencies or cities can increase effectiveness and be efficient in Smart City development," he explained, quoted on the official Kominfo website Wednesday, June 14.
According to Hadiyana, the collaboration developed by the government to the business world, and the community will be able to form a sustainable digital ecosystem and have a positive impact on urban development.
The business world can provide the support of technology, innovation, and investment needed to implement Smart City. people can participate in providing input, feedback, and data that are useful for the development of Smart Cities," he said.
