Asked By The Judge, Mario Dandy Answered Understands The Indictment That Has Been Read
JAKARTA - The Public Prosecutor (JPU) read Mario Dandy's indictment for the case of severe abuse by David Ozora at the South Jakarta District Court (Jaksel).
"The defendant Mario Dandy and Shane Lukas and AG's son participated in a serious crime of persecution committed with a plan first," said the prosecutor in the main courtroom, Tuesday, June 6.
The prosecutor said that Mario Dandy had committed acts and ordered or participated in violence against the victim until he was seriously injured. Therefore, Mario Dandy was charged with Article 355 Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code junto Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code Subsidiary 353 paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code junto Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code or to 2 Article 76 C junto Article 50 paragraph 2 of Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning amendments to Law No. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection junto Article 55 Paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code.

During the trial, Mario was asked by the Panel of Judges about whether or not he understood the charges imposed by the Prosecutor on him. Mario also replied that he understood the charges that had been read out by the prosecutor.
