In the broadcast, Freese was introduced as a Foos tour drummer through the brilliant acting of Chad Smith's comedy from the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Tommy Lee from Motley Crue, and Danny Carey from TOOL.
Freese replaces Taylor Hawkins, who died tragically in March 2022 at the age of 50. He previously played with Foos in a tribute concert to Hawkins at the end of last year.
