Briefing The ASEAN Summit Security Decision Making, TNI-Polri Strengthens Tactical Floor Game
The TNI-Polri have strengthened the combined Tactical Floor Game (TFG) in order to accelerate the decision-making process during the security of the 42nd ASEAN Summit in Labuan Bajo, West Manggarai, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT).
"All of this must have the same understanding, especially regarding who should do it," said National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo in his statement, Sunday, May 7, confiscated by Antara.
Sigit said TFG is very important for security agencies such as the TNI, Polri, BIN, BSSN, and also other agencies to have the same understanding.
With the existence of TFG, a problem can be seen with each level of decision-making.
Members can also carry out their duties in their respective sectors and understand what to do, both in normal situations to yellow, red, and contingency conditions.
"If there is an incident, how it is resolved related to the stages of the decision to be taken, whether it can be decided directly or this must be reported and orders come from above," said Sigit.

Furthermore, the former Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police said that the TNI-Polri had known about their duties and responsibilities in securing the ASEAN Summit so that it ran safely and successfully.
"We agree that with the synergy and solidity that we build, we continue to strengthen, it is the key to being able to carry out this series of security activities optimally. That is the key to success in how we can really secure this implementation properly," he said.
The joint TFG in the two agencies was carried out on Saturday 6 May, after the deployment of troops and personnel inspection and defense equipment.
