He stated that based on water level data monitoring and tidal predictions, tidal flooding has the potential to occur in several coastal areas of Indonesia, including the coast of Aceh, the coast of North Sumatra, the coast of West Sumatra, the coast of Lampung, the coast of Banten, the north coast of DKI Jakarta.
Similar conditions are also predicted to occur on the coast of West Java, the coast of Central Java, the coast of East Java, the southern coast of Yogyakarta, the coasts of NTB and NTT, the coast of West Kalimantan, the coast of Central Kalimantan, the coast of North Sulawesi, the coast of Maluku, and the coast of North Maluku.
