1,001 People Affected By Flash Flood Leuwisadeng, West Java Provincial Government Ensure Logistics Distributed
The Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of West Java Province (Jabar) sent assistance in the form of logistics for residents affected by flash floods overflowing Cintanggung River water flow, in Sadeng Village, Bogor Regency. "We have stored the buffer stock in districts/cities. It was used during an emergency such as flash floods in Leuwisadeng, Bogor. So, we have sent assistance in the form of logistics, such as food, equipment," said West Java BPBD Youth Public Relations Officer Hadi Rahmat, Friday, April 28, confiscated by Antara.
West Java BPBD, said Hadi, has coordinated with the Bogor Regency BPBD and has conducted an assessment. "The latest information we got, friends at the Bogor Regency BPBD, is being cleaned up at the location," he added.
Meanwhile, Bogor Regent Iwan Setiawan said his party had traveled to the location of the flash flood disaster.
"This is a big enough disaster, the first to happen in recent years," he said.
Previously, the Bogor Regency Government recorded 1,001 people in Sadeng Village, Leuwisadeng District who were affected by flash floods overflowing from the Cintanggung River water flow.
A total of 1,001 people consisted of 316 families (KK) whose residence was affected by flash floods on Monday, April 24 evening.

Those affected were in Paku Village RT01, RT02, RI03, RI04 (RW04), RT02, RT03, RT04 (RW03) and Cikadu Village RT01, RT02, RT03 (RW03). Furthermore, Iwan said that some of the affected victims were temporarily evacuated to the Baiturrahmah Mosque, not far from the location of the flash flood. The community handled the mud material from their homes themselves and cleaned their belongings. "I came a bit late, because one day doing the assessment, calculating what losses we had to help, including rebuilding damaged cliffs," he said.
