Yapen Islands Floods Caused 15 Houses To Be Damaged
PAPUA - Floods and landslides hit a number of areas in the Yapen Islands Regency, Papua. As a result, 15 houses were damaged.

Yapen Islands Police Chief AKBP Herzoni Saragih said floods and landslides occurred due to heavy rains and winds that hit the area from Wednesday, April 5 evening to Thursday, April 6 morning. The location of the flood occurred on Frans Kaisepo Street, Kanawa Village Kosiwo District, riverbanks in the dead river complex and Tua China, KPR complex, Inpres Serui market complex, Kando and Famboaman complexes.
