Dor, A Member Of The Banten Police Died During Sahur In The Room

BANTEN - Bripda DK, a member of the National Police who served at the Banten Police, was allegedly shot by a firearm with long-barreled SS1 V2. The victim suffered a gunshot wound to the chest as far as the left.

Based on data compiled by the VOI Team, the incident occurred at Griya Baladika Asri, Jalan Raya Cilegon, Drangg, Serang, Banten, Friday, March 31, in the morning.

There were two witnesses in the incident, the victim's mother, namely Maryati and the victim's father, Daud. According to the report, Maryati admitted that she heard gunshots when the time was approaching after the Fajr prayer.

Based on the information obtained, the victim's mother woke up her son's suhoor. Then the victim came out of the room and only drank water. Then entered the room again. Not long after, the mother heard gunshots. When checked, the child was covered in blood.

According to witness testimony, before the shooting incident, the victim often complained that he asked to be transferred from his current work service.

Contacted separately, the Head of Public Relations of the Banten Police, Didik Hariyanto confirmed the incident.

"It is confirmed that the personnel of the Ditsamapta Polda Banten DK (21) died in his room. Initial indications of the crime scene processing the victim died of suicide but is currently still under investigation and awaiting autopsy results," he concluded.
