Student Killed By Transjakarta Bus In Ciputat: Family Hopes Police Immediately Reveal Case
South Tangerang Police are still investigating the case of the death of Agam Aryo Nugroho who was allegedly hit by a Transjakarta bus in Ciputat, South Tangerang. The victim's brother, RO, said the case that happened to his sister to death, was allegedly hit by a Transjakarta driver and a truck wingbox, and until now there is no clarity.
It was recorded that the case had been running for 42 days, but the alleged perpetrator, C, who is a TJ driver, was still able to breathe free air.
The family hopes that this accident case can be handled quickly and enter the realm of law.
"(There is no clarity yet) because it has been 42 days since the case occurred," said Ro via text message to VOI, Wednesday, March 15.
On that occasion, RO also told that some time ago representatives of Transjakarta had visited his residence. However, during the meeting, they presented a statement that was not wearing.
"He even submitted a letter of peace agreement. We are upset, even though if you want the car to be operated, please, but that doesn't mean we ask for this case to be legally appropriate," he said.
When he came to meet his family, continued RO, PT Bianglala Metropolitan as one of the TJ operators was also suspected of carrying some money.
"Because we refused to sign them to hand over objects like a thick wallet to us, but we still refused because we wanted the legal process to continue," he said.
RO emphasized that he did not want anything, he only hoped for clarity on the case. He hopes that the South Tangerang Police Traffic Unit will determine the suspect in the case.
"Yes (he wants a suspect in the Agam case)," he concluded.
For information, the police are investigating the death of a vocational school student with the initials A (18) who is suspected of being a victim of a hit-and-run on Jalan RE Martadinata, Ciputat. Officers are examining a number of CCTV footage at the scene.
