In contrast to a number of candidates mentioned by Golkar politician Muhamad Fauzi. He said that there were three names in the party, one of which would occupy the Menpora seat replacing Amali, namely Putri Komaruddin, Ilham Permana, and Dito Ariotedjo.

Of the three, one of them will be chosen by President Jokowi. The three of them are also the best cadres that Golkar has to occupy the position of Menpora. However, Fauzi could not confirm whether the three had been officially proposed to President Jokowi.

Ilham Permana is a politician from the Golkar Party who was born on December 22, 1978. Internally the party, Ilham served as Chair of the Sports and Youth Sector of the Central Leadership Council (DPP) of the Golkar Party for the 2019-2024 period.
