Even Though It Was Built In Anies Era, Jakpro Testikan Tariff Rental Kampung Susun Bayam Can't Be As Cheap As Kampung Aquarium
JAKARTA - VP Corporate Secretary of PT Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro) Syachrial Syarief emphasized that the monthly rental fee for Kampung Susun Bayam cannot be pegged at a price as cheap as Kampung Susun Aquarium.This is in response to the demands of the former resident of the Jakarta International Stadium (JIS) eviction, as a potential resident of Kampung Susun Bayam, who wants his residential rent to be as low as the Kampung Susun Aquarium.In the now-inhabited Kampung Susun Aquarium, residents only need to pay a monthly rental fee of around Rp. 34 thousand to Rp. 40 thousand per month. However, the rental rate for Kampung Susun Bayam is planned to range from Rp. 600 thousand to Rp. 700 thousand per month."Indeed, several times the submission of friends refers to (Kampung Susun) Akuarium. Just to the knowledge, we have different development and management processes," Syahril told reporters, Monday, February 20.These two residences were both built during the Anies Baswedan era while serving as Governor of DKI Jakarta. So, it will be different from the (Kampung Susun) Aquarium," he explained.A number of residents affected by the eviction of the Jakarta International Stadium (JIS) today returned to the DKI Jakarta City Hall for the umpteenth time, to demand that they immediately occupy the Kampung Susun Bayam.Since the inauguration of the former Governor of DKI Jakarta Anies Baswdan in October 2022, residents of the Kampung Bayam eviction have not been able to occupy the residence until now.Today, a resident of Kampung Bayam accompanied by LBH Jakarta sent an administrative objection letter to the Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono and PT Jakarta Propertindo as managers to immediately provide units of Kampung Susun Bayam.One problem that causes residents to not yet occupy Kampung Susun Bayam is the amount of the monthly rental rate that has not yet been agreed upon. JIS residents do not agree with the tariff offered by PT Jakpro as the manager of Kampung Susun Bayam.Jakpro has offered the rental fee for Kampung Susun Bayam at around Rp. 750 thousand per month. They claim this is in accordance with Governor Regulation Number 55 of 2018 concerning Adjustment of Housing Service Retribution Tariffs.However, the arrangement of residential rental fees in Pergub 55/2018 is indeed different for each type, namely programmed and general flats. The nominal offered by Jakpro was clearly opposed by the residents of Kampung Bayam. They felt unable to pay the nominal rent."They (Jakpro) use tariffs in accordance with Pergub No. 55 and we impose them in public. Meanwhile, we are among the affected residents (the eviction program). We object. We are among the programmed residents," said a resident representative of Kampung Bayam, Sherly when met at DKI Jakarta City Hall.Sherly also compared their fate with the residents of the Kampung Susun Aquarium of around Rp. 34 thousand to Rp. 40 thousand per month.
