Google: Interest In Indonesians For Overseas Holidays Increases By 280 Percent
JAKARTA - Google released Year in Search 2022 to show the most searched for topics by consumers in Indonesia over the past year.
"2022 is a year of reunion, relaxation, and revival of travel. Along with the easing of restrictions from the government, the Indonesian people are increasingly excited to return to travel and plan a meaningful journey," wrote Google Indonesia in its report, quoted Monday, February 20.
According to Google, searches related to international travel soared by 280%. The increase in searches is even estimated to be higher than the period before the pandemic.
