JAKARTA - The story of the film can be the same as the life story of the player. This was experienced by Clara Bernadeth when asking for the film Kembang Api.

Played by Ringgo Agus Rahman, Donny Damara, Hanggini, and Marsha Timothy, the film Kembang Api will be released simultaneously throughout Indonesia on March 2, 2023. This film tells the story of a player who tries to commit suicide but gets the opportunity to think again.

Behind her beautiful face, who would have thought that the beautiful actress Clara Bernadeth had a similar life experience? The reason is that the two people almost separated until she herself experienced mental abuse.

What he experienced, is similar to the story in the film Kembang Api. Clara's confession was conveyed in a video that lasted more than 5 minutes. Starting the story when he was sitting in school, where his parents' relationship was not good. She chose to leave the house.

"I came home from school but didn't come home, but I stayed at a friend's house. How do I feel about my life? Confused make sure. Because at that time my parents wanted to separate. My departure made my parents actually not separated. Until now, thank God they are still together. That's what until now I have a different perspective from my family", she said.

In addition, she has also experienced a painful incident. "Actually, I had experienced something that was not domestic violence, yes. But emotional abuse with someone. She's the type when he gets angry shouting, and throwing goods, it's just dangerous. I just realized that it's included in one of the violent relationships. Even though it's not physical, emotionally we're in abuse. Mentally. I've been hit really hard", she said to shed tears.

.

"Even it makes me confused, confused, unfunctional in any way. In the midst of that, I'm just looking at myself. Coming home from her house, after fighting, I continued to be treated, I felt like I just hit this car, yes, she was happy. The treatment of me made me have no will to live. I was really pressed in my life", she added.

Clara is grateful to have a psychologist's brother until she finds out about mental problems. "In the past, we didn't know what mental illness was. What kind of mental health issue? In the past, it had not been discussed much. Thanks to God, my brother is a psychologist, so we talked a lot about mental illness, and the importance of protecting our hearts, minds, and whatever we go through. If the trauma is not buried, don't close it, don't cover it", she explained.

"The reason I didn't end my life was that at that time there was a mom who was waiting for me at home. And I'm really grateful that people who love me are surrounded by people who love me. The push from around us is really important. When we are surrounded by the right people, who really support and love us, it can be a motivation when that broken thought appears", she added.

Clara is also grateful, she can get many tests because of so many experiences she has received. "Honestly, I'm just grateful. If there aren't those problems, maybe I'm not learning because those problems may be from relationship problems I'm learning, oh people just like this, they won't hurt you, do this, do that harm you. Because after all, mental problems, emotional problems, whatever happens in us, is our responsibility. Whether it's an outside problem no matter how hard, we are the ones who are given the responsibility to God to take care of our own lives, by not ending our own lives. Because after all, there will be a bright spot for all of them too", she said.

Clara also advised, when experiencing problems, not to give up easily. "I don't know what's going on with you. What's the problem with you right now? One thing I can say is, don't give up. Because we don't know in the future. Which place will it take us? Because after it's dark, it's bright", she explained.
