Then Article 45 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 22 paragraph 1 of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions with a threat of six years in prison.Then, Article 3, Article 4 of Law Number 8 of 2010 concerning the Prevention and Eradication of the Crime of Money Laundering (TPPU) with a threat of 20 years in prison, Article 5 of Law Number 8 of 2010 concerning the Prevention and Eradication of Money Laundering with a threat of five years, and Article 55-56 of the Criminal Code.
