Gorillaz Invites Old Personnel Adeleye Newsayo In The New Song Silent Running

JAKARTA - Gorillaz gave another leak about their new album, releasing a Silent Running single featuring Adeleye SECRETayo.

The virtual band formed by Damon Albarn and Jamie Hewlett will release a new album Cracker Island on February 24, 2023 via Parlophone.

So far, the album has opened the single Baby Queen, New Gold (presenting Tame Impala and Bootie Brown), Possion Island (with Beck), and handling Ape.

Meanwhile, about Silent Running, featuring an old member of Gorillaz,foundayo, as the lead vocalist, Albarn said:

"This album concerns things like a stunning dream you get when you only follow a few thoughts," he was quoted as saying by NME, Monday, January 30.

"Sometimes I get lost and end up in the wrong place, but it turns out that's where I'm going," the 2D Gorillaz frontman added.
