Delegated To The West Jakarta Prosecutor's Office, Inspector General Teddy Minahasa Immediately Sat In The Chair Of Prisoners
JAKARTA - Former West Sumatra Police Chief Inspector General Teddy Minahasa and other suspects in the drug abuse case have been transferred to the West Jakarta District Attorney (Kejari Jakbar). Inspector General Teddy will soon be tried.
"Yes, the person concerned will be delegated today," said Director of Drug Investigation at the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes Mukti Juharsa, to VOI, Wednesday, January 11.
In addition to ensnaring Inspector General Teddy Minhasa, other suspects in this drug trafficking case are AKBP Doddy Prawiranegara, Kompol Kasranto, and Linda.
In the second phase of delegation, the suspects and their evidence of the plan will be handed over to the West Jakarta Kejari at 11.00 WIB.
"They were transferred to the West Jakarta Kejari," said Mukti.
For information, Inspector General Teddy Minahasa was named a suspect in the alleged drug abuse case.
The determination of the suspect was based on the case title by several directorates at the Polda Metro Jaya and the National Police Headquarters which was carried out on Friday, October 14.
Inspector General Teddy Minahasa's involvement surfaced after the Ditnarkoba Polda Metro Jaya arrested AKBP D and the woman initials L who mentioned the involvement of Inspector General Pol TM as the West Sumatra Police Chief.
"TM's involvement as the controller of evidence of five kg of crystal methamphetamine from West Sumatra and has become 3.3 kg of crystal methamphetamine that has been secured and 1.7 kg of crystal methamphetamine that has been sold by Brother BG, which we have secured, circulated in Kampung Bahari," said Mukti.
Apart from Teddy, there are members of the police who are suspects in this case, including Aipda AD (a member of the West Jakarta Metro Police Narcotics Unit, Kompol KS, (Kapolsek Kali Baru Polres Tanjung Priok Port), Aiptu J (a member of the Tanjung Priok Port Police), and AKBP Doddy Prawira Negara (Head of the West Sumatra Rologist, former Bukittinggi Police Chief of the West Sumatra Police).
In this case, apart from the four policemen above, there are six suspected civilians. One of them is a woman with the initials L or Linda.
