The Creator Of Bad Belgian Dreams At The 2022 World Cup Is Improbable To Transfer To Chelsea

JAKARTA - Croatian national team defender, Josko Gvardiol, said he was happy to be at German club RB Leipzig. But he did not rule out moving to Chelsea someday.

Gvardiol has recently been a subject of speculation with Chelsea. The 20-year-old has reportedly been offered 77 million, but was rejected.

The player then signed a new contract with Leipzig and continued to impress. However, rumors about his move to Chelsea did not just end.

"You know what's happened in the last few months. To be honest I don't know," said Gvardivol as quoted by Live Score, Friday, December 2, 2022.

"My agency is taking care of this, and we'll see. Right now, I'm happy at Leipzig. You never know," he continued.

Rumors to Chelsea blew again after Gvardiol became a "bad dream" for Belgium in the final Group F preliminary match, Thursday, December 1. He made an impressive appearance on Vatreni's defense, frustrating Belgium's forward.

Belgium were finally eliminated after failing to win the match.
