The Attorney General's Office in Cianjur Affected by the Earthquake, the Attorney General's Office Sends Inventory Assistance from Jakarta
JAKARTA - The Cianjur District Attorney's Office was affected by an earthquake with a magnitude (M) of 5.6 that shook on Monday, November 21. Aid was distributed by the Attorney General's Office today, Thursday, December 1.
"This assistance is to support legal services to the community after the damage to facilities and infrastructure at the Cianjur District Attorney's office due to the earthquake last Monday", Head of the Attorney General's Legal Information Center (Kapuspenkum), Ketut Sumedana, Thursday, December 1, was confiscated by Antara.
Ketut explained the assistance was in the form of inventory consisting of 30 units of work desks, 60 units of work chairs, 10 filling cabinets, 10 units of mobile drawers, 12 units of PCs, 12 units of printers, 1 portable Bluetooth speaker, 1 unit of Logitech video conferencing, 30 units wheel container box, as well as 2 TV units and brackets.
In addition, the AGO also sent humanitarian aid in the form of 1,000 packages of necessities, 1,000 blankets, 200 boxes of instant noodles, 110 sets of tarpaulins, 100 boxes of medicines, and 100 boxes of baby equipment to the Cianjur earthquake victims.
The AGO also provided 5,393 basic food packages consisting of rice, oil, and other basic needs for all employees, members of the Adhyaksa Dharmakarini Association (IAD) Center, the Extended Adhyaksa Family (KBPA), the Attorney General's Office Journalists Forum (Forwaka), TNI personnel -Police, and service personnel in the AGO environment.
"The provision of these gifts is in the context of easing their basic daily needs due to rising prices, and it is hoped that it will strengthen friendship, brotherhood, and harmonious relations among people within the Attorney General's Office", said Ketut.

Previously, the AGO had also distributed humanitarian assistance in the form of basic food packages for residents affected by the Cianjur earthquake on Wednesday 23 November.
The assistance was provided at several Cianjur earthquake evacuation posts, such as in Nanggeleng Kaler Village, RT 02/RW14, Nagrak Village, Cianjur District, Menak Village RT 01/RW 04, Sukawangi Village, Warungkondang District, Islamic Boarding Schools and residents of Tegal Deukeut Village RT 04/RW 08, Nagrak Village, Cianjur District, and Cibinong Village RT 02/RW 07, Ciwalen Village, Warungkondang District.
Then, Bayubud Village RT 02/RW 01, Rancagoong Village, Cilaku District, Nagrak Wetan Village RT.01/RW.11, Cianjur District, Babakankaret Village RT 01 and RT 02/RW 01, Cianjur District, Bangbayang Village, Gekbrong District, as well as the people of Cianjur Regency represented by the Chairman of the Cianjur Regency DPRD.
"It is hoped that this assistance will be useful and ease the burden on earthquake victims in the Cianjur Regency area", said Ketut.
