A Number Of Quraish Shihab's Works Have BEEN Digitally Dismissed

JAKARTA - A number of books by Muslim scholars Prof. Dr Muhammad Quraish Shihab have been published digitally through the KESAN application by the publisher Lentera Hati.

"This digitation is expected not only to reach the loyal readers of Pak Quraish's printed book, but also to reach the younger generation of Muslims who want to access popular Islamic books in digital format," said Lentera Hati Director, Nasywa Shihab, in a written statement in Jakarta, quoted from Antara, Saturday, November 26.

Dozens of books displayed include various themes ranging from the Koran, interpretations, Islamic question and answer prayers, to the secret of the success of the world and the hereafter.

He said digitizing Islamic books was important to reach more readers.

Meanwhile, KESAN Application CEO Hamdan Hamedan said he was happy to partner with Lentera Hati in issuing the digital book.

We are very happy to be able to present Prof Quraish books in digital form in the KESAN application. We know that smartphones have become an inseparable part of our daily lives, therefore we hope that smart phones can be our means of learning Islam practically, anytime and anywhere," said Hamdan.

The KESAN application itself is an original Islamic application that supports worship needs ranging from the Al-Quran Digital, prayer schedules, Qibla directions, to Islamic Conferences.

The KESAN application can be downloaded for free on Google PlayPlay, Apple Store, or on the KESAN website (ww.kesan.id).KESAN website (www.kesan.id).
