Minister Sandiaga Gives Good News, October In South Bali Following During The G20 Summit: Super Banget!

Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Sandiaga Uno said the occupancy rate or occupancy in South Bali jumped significantly during the G20 Summit.

"It's really super, so in the South Bali area, the increase in occupancy is very significant," said Sandiaga at the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center, Badung, Bali, Tuesday, November 15, quoted from Antara.

Sandiaga said the occupancy in the Nusa Dua area had reached 100 percent, while in the area around Nusa Dua it was above 80 percent.

Meanwhile, in the South Bali area, the occupancy rate is at 70 percent. Sandiaga also said that the occupancy rate in other areas of Bali, such as North Bali, West Bali, and East Bali, had also increased.

"So this shows not only one location in Nusa Dua but also felt by all of Bali," he said.

Sandiaga further added that the G20 Summit also had a positive impact on the tourism ecosystem and the creative economy.

This can be seen from the increasing number of vehicle rentals, soaring sales of MSMEs, to creating new jobs.

"Vehicle rentals are also very full, MSMEs are helped to sell up two to three times and employment is also created, and this is part of the creation of 1.1 million new jobs this year in the tourism sector," said Sandiaga.
