The former deputy for the prosecution of the Corruption Eradication Commission confirmed that the investigation into the alleged corruption that ensnared Lukas would continue. There is certainly no political content in the ongoing legal process.
"We need to remember that there is no other process except the legal process that takes place at the KPK", said Firli.
"There is no politicization, opinion, criminalization. This is purely based on sufficient preliminary evidence that a criminal incident has occurred. Therefore, the KPK conducts an investigation, and collects information and evidence", he continued.
Previously, a team consisting of KPK doctors and the Executive Board of the Indonesian Doctors Association (PB IDI) and investigators met Lukas Enembe today, Thursday, November 3. Investigations related to the alleged corruption carried out by Lukas have also been carried out.
However, because Luke was sick, the examination was immediately completed. The team of doctors has also confirmed the health condition of the suspected corruption suspect.
