Brigadier Daden, 'Ferdy Sambo's Aide' Who Had A Role Behind The Death Of Brigadier J
JAKARTA - The trial of the premeditated murder case of Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J brought up some new facts. One of them is Brigadier Daden Miftahul Haq, who is said to have a big role.
The name of Brigadier Daden Miftahul Haq was originally not heard much when the case was in the investigation and investigation stage.
However, when Brigadier J's lover and little brother, Vera Maretha Simanjuntak and Mahareza Rizky, were presented as witnesses for the defendant Bharada Richard Eliezer, Brigadier Daden Miftahul Haq's name was often mentioned.
Based on Vera's statement, Brigadier Daden Miftahul Haq was said to have had problems with Brigadier J.
Ferdy Sambo's two aides are said to have started a dispute three years ago.
"In 2019 he had a problem with one of the aides," said Vera during a trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Tuesday, October 25.
The presiding judge Wahyu Iman Santoso then asked Vera to name the aide of Ferdy Sambo in question.
"Brigadier Daden," said Vera.
"The victim ever told about the defendant?" asked the judge.
"No, Your Majesty," replied Vera.
However, Vera stated, the day before her lover died on July 7, Brigadier J had told the aide that it was very bad.
However, the problems that occurred between Brigadier J and Brigadier Daden were not explained.
"Then he said this person was rude," said Vera.
But, according to Vera, her lover did not explain the cause or trigger of the dispute.
At that time, Brigadier J, who contacted her by telephone, only said that he had been accused of causing Putri Candrawati's illness. Although, it does not refer to the figure of the accuser.
"Then what's happened? They are so rude. Then I asked 'why so rude?' 'She is sick, I was accused of making her sick.' What illness, I say? 'I don't know'," said Vera, recounting her communication with Brigadier J.
"Then who accuses you' I asked, 'someone in the squad here.' 'What did you do to her? Did you hit her? 'Oh no, sweetheart. I was threatened," she continued.

Vera who was curious only asked the person who threatened him. Brigadier J at that time only mentioned 'squad' even though he didn't specify who he meant.
"Who's threatening? 'Squads here.' Yes, it's okay if you are not wrong, don't be afraid," said Vera.
"Yeah, I'll tell you later, okay?' Where are you now? 'In Magelang'," she continued.
Vera said the day before her lover died, Brigadier J received death threats.
"On the 7th, the threat is that if you dare to go upstairs, I will kill you," said Vera.
Meanwhile, for Mahareza Rizky, Brigadier Daden Miftahul Haq was said to have questioned him about possession of firearms (senpi). The question was asked suddenly.
The question is said to have been asked by Brigadier Daden on July 8, 2022, or after Joshua died at the Sambo official residence, Police Complex, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta.
It all started when Brigadier Daden contacted him at around 19:00 WIB. It was said that Ferdy Sambo's aide questioned his whereabouts.
"'Where are you? (asked Daden, red). I answered at the boarding house, near Saguling," said Reza.
Then, it was stated that Daden's next sentence was about whether Reza carrying a gun or not.
Thus, Brigadier J's younger brother replied that he did not bring a gun. Then, Daden asked Reza to come to the Provos Bureau at the National Police Headquarters.
In fact, the same question was also asked by Daden after Reza arrived at the Provos Bureau office.
“He asked me again if I brought a gun or not? He immediately searched until my feet, and he (Daden) asked to open the motorcycle seat, "said Reza at the South Jakarta District Court.
Then, the presiding judge, Wahyu Iman Santoso, questioned whether there was any suspicion that Reza felt.
It was said that Reza was already suspicious of Daden's behavior. But, do not know that Joshua has died.
"I had my suspicions there, but I didn't know anything," said Reza.
