VIDEO: Follow-up Session Of Brigadier J's Murder Case, Public Prosecutor Rejects Putri Candrawati's Exception

The prosecutor asked the panel of judges to reject all objection notes from the defendant Putri Candrawathi's legal counsel. The request was made when the prosecutor read out the response to the exception filed by Putri Candrawathi. In addition, the prosecutor also asked the panel of judges to accept the indictment which was registered with the number PDM-246/JKTSL/10/2022, dated October 5, 2022. The reason is that the indictment file compiled has fulfilled the formal and military elements of the prosecutor stated that the examination of the defendant Putri Candrawati must continue.
