Cilandak Police 'Open The Door Wide' For People Who Are Victims Of Crime
JAKARTA - The Cilandak Sector Police has opened a hotline number that is directly connected to the Cilandak Police Chief to make it easier for the public to report all kinds of crimes and kamtibmas disturbances.
"The Cilandak Police have put up banners with the hotline numbers for the Cilandak Police Chief and the South Jakarta Metro Police Chief so that they are easy to contact," said Cilandak Police Chief Kompol Multazam, as reported by Antara, Tuesday, October 18.
Multazam asked the public not to hesitate to contact the Cilandak Police hotline at 085888572007, the Cilandak Police Chief hotline at 081221177447 and the South Jakarta Metro Police Chief hotline at 08119981998.
Cilandak Police personnel also put up a banner containing the hotline number at a number of points that are prone to theft, robbery, and motor vehicle theft.
The banner also contains security appeals for the public to prevent crimes that target motorized vehicles, including using double locks, not leaving valuables in the vehicle and not parking carelessly.

The officers who put up the banners also carried out socialization to the surrounding community not to hesitate to contact the hotline provided and always maintain the safety of themselves and the environment.
Multazam also added that the hotline is not only for reporting disturbances in public order and crime.
People who need assistance from police officers can also call the hotline provided.
"We also carried out socialization of the cellphone number of the Cilandak Police Chief and the Jakarta Metro Police Chief's cellphone number if there were complaints and information from the public who needed police assistance, or public complaints," he said.
