AKBP Raindra Ramadhan, Former Subordinate Of The Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Will Session The Ethics Session Of Brigadier J Today

JAKARTA - Former Head of Sub-Directorate for State Security (Kamneg) Polda Metro Jaya AKBP Raindra Ramadhan Syah is scheduled to undergo a session of the Police Code of Ethics Commission (KKEP) today, Tuesday, September 27 morning.

AKBP Raindra is included in the list of members of the National Police who are not professional in handling the case of Brigadier J. The ethics trial will take place at the TNCC Building, Police Headquarters, South Jakarta.

"Today's KKEP trial agenda is the KKEP trial with alleged violators of AKBP RRS being held today," said Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Divhumas Kombes Nurul Azizah to reporters, Tuesday, September 27.

The trial of former subordinates of AKBP Jerry Rayomon Siagian and the Metro Jaya Police Chief will always be led by Kombes Rachmat Pamudji as chairman of the trial commission, Kombes Sakeus Ginting as deputy chairman of the trial commission, Kombes Pitra Andreas Ratulangi as a member of the trial commission.

Then, at the trial several witnesses will be presented. Their statements will be aggravating or mitigating considerations for AKBP Raindra Ramadhan Syah.

"There were 5 witnesses in the trial, namely AKBP JRS, AKBP HZ, AKBP HSH, Kompol DKZ, and AKP BV," said Nurul.

So far, the role of AKBP Raindra is not clear. He is only said to be unprofessional in his duties, so he is suspected of violating Article 13 paragraph 1 of PP number 1 of 2003 concerning the dismissal of Polri members in conjunction with Article 5 paragraph 1 letter C and or Article 6 paragraph 1 letter d and or Article 11 paragraph 1 letter A, Perpol number 7 of 2022 concerning the professional code of ethics and the Police code of ethics commission.
