Held In 4 Cities, KIFF 2022 Presents Best Film Rows From South Korea And Indonesia

JAKARTA - Two years in a hybrid manner, finally the Korea Indonesia Film Festival (KIFF) will be held offline this year. CGV in collaboration with the South Korean Embassy for Indonesia presents various film titles from two countries.

KIFF 2022 will be held from September 29 to October 2, 2022 at the CGV Grand Indonesia. Not only in Jakarta, KIFF 2022 will be held in several big cities such as Bandung (CGV 23 Paskal Shopping Center), Yogyakarta (CGV JWalk Mall).

On the same occasion, they also held their first KIFF 2022 in Malang, precisely at CGV Malang City Point. A total of 16 Korean and Indonesian films are confirmed to be released through KIFF 2022.

Conditional Assignment 2: International was selected to be the opening film for KIFF 2022. In addition, there are Broker, December to Leave, Alienoid, Ashfall, EXIT, The Policeman's Lineage.

There are also The Roundup, The Witch: Part 2: The Other One, Hansan: Rising Dragon, Pawn, Happy New Year.

Four Indonesian films that get the box office will also be released via KIFF 2022. They are KKN in Penarisa Village (Uncut), Stealing Raden Saleh, Pengabdi Setan 2: Community, and Miracle in Cell No. 7.

"For KKN in Penari Village, we have talked to Mr. Manoj (Punjabi) to show this film," said Rivki Morais Umagapi as the 2022 KIFF Director Festival today, Tuesday, September 20.

"While Korean films, why are there EXIT and Ashfall because these films are fun and suitable to accompany this festival's excitement," he continued.

On the same occasion, KIFF 2022 also appointed Tissa Biani as the ambassador for this festival. Tissa said she was happy because she really took the 2022 KIFF.

I've previously participated in KIFF. There's Angga, there's Iqbal who is an ambassador. I think it's unique and exciting for 2 countries whose line-up is cool," said Tissa Biani.

KIFF 2022 tickets can be purchased at least 3 days from September 29. The audience pays enough Rp. 15,000 to watch one film from the 2022 KIFF series.

Ticket sales will be carried out in two ways, namely the CGV application and offline. Spectators are also required to check in the PeduliLindung application with a green status before entering the 2022 KIFF event.
